Taylor Morrison, in partnership with GCW Engineers, is bringing an exciting new age-restricted community to the northwest corner of Lake Mead Boulevard and Park Drift Trail. This gated neighborhood will feature 387 homes across a sprawling 88-acre site, with lot sizes ranging from 3,600 to 11,600 square feet.
Esplanade at La Madre Peaks Summerlin West:Taylor Morrison will be building a 146,000 acre neighborhood amenities area will feature a club house and a community pool.
The homes will include a mix of detached and attached single-family homes and duplexes, all designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Each home will have two parking spaces and a minimum of 100 square feet of private yard space — perfect for enjoying that gorgeous Las Vegas weather!

While no additional amenities are planned, the prime location and spacious layouts make this an exciting new option for Summerlin living.
