  1. Purchases Must be All Cash only at the MGM Signature Studios.  There is one lender that we know of who MAY be able to finance the 1 bedroom condos at The Signature.  That said, pretty much all MLS listings require cash only.
  2. RE: THE STUDIOS: Studios are 520 sq. feet.  No Top Golf Facing (East) Studios have balconies. Strip view studios ending in 5,7,,15,17 have balconies. And upwards of 29, Studios ending in 09,11 also have Balconies.
  3. RE: ONE BEDROOMS.  All one bedroom condos at The Signature have balconies.  Strip Side one bedrooms corners end in unit numbers 01 and 21.  The 1 stack is farthest South. Mountainside ( towards Top Golf) one bedroom corners end in unit numbers 02 and 22.  The 02 stack is farthest South.  Non Corner one bedrooms appear only on the Mountainside. These are SLIGHTLY smaller than the 874 sq foot corner condos.
  4. The Penthouse floors are considered 29-38.  The ceilings are one floor higher.  This is typical of Turnberry Built high rises.  The floors 22+ in Turnberry Place are also considered Penthouses.
  5. The MGM Signature is a guard gated complex. Tower “A” is 145 E. Harmon.  Tower “B” is 135 E. Harmon.  Tower “C” is 125 E. Harmon Avenue.  It is the newest Tower.
  6. There is a Starbucks and an Owners Lounge in the Tower “A” lobby.  This tower is closest to The MGM Studio Walk which connects to the MGM Grand Hotel.  The Business Center is in the Studio Walk.
  7. Tower “B” has a Deli in the Lobby. It is also home to the office of Residential Services or Owners Services.  This is where you can learn about the MGM Signature on site rental program.
  8. There is valet only parking, on site pools, gym, laundromat. Housekeeping Services are available to rental program participants and all owners.
  9. There are alternative rental programs available.  One of our favorites is Jet Luxury Resorts.  Their personnel is helpful and accessible.  They offer a 70/30% split.  Owners can also opt to use AIRBNB or VRBO.com to rent their units out.  Residential Services can coordinate giving the key cards to your guests and arrange for housekeeping.
  10. Shareholders component Dues are about $650 pm for studios and double that for One bedrooms per month.  There is an extra fee  – a transient fee  – of $200 to $250 pm to cover the costs of handling your nightly rentals.  Owners who opt to rent their units through the MLS via real estate agents, do not have to pay this $200 per month fee. There is a small annual HOA fee of approximately $50 per year.
